Exacoustics GHOST is an FM synthesizer designed for electronic music production and sound design. It combines multiple wavetable oscillators, frequency modulation, spectral filtering, effects processing, and flexible modulation controls in an interface built around direct visual interaction.

Software Overview

The modulation system includes six envelopes, six LFOs, and six frequency modulation sources. Frequency modulation sources can remap an oscillator's frequency and be controlled in a manner similar to an LFO. GHOST can also generate random LFO shapes and sequences, save LFO shapes as wavetables, and respond to performance controls such as aftertouch, velocity, pitch bend, and the modulation wheel.
