خیلی خوشحالم که با شما آشنا شدم

 

من یه سوال دارم از خدمتتون ،

 

آیا ممکنه اختلال نقص توجه منجر به وسواس بشه؟؟ یا ممکنه این اختلال با وسواس اشتباه گرفته بشه؟؟

 

آقای دکتر من از سن حدودا ۱۲ سالگی ، تمرکزی که قبلاً داشتم رو از دست دادم .. و از دوران راهنمایی بخاطر کمالگرایی و خانواده ای که انتظار زیاد ازم داشتن و مدرسه ی تاپی که درس میخوندم و... توی رقابتی با همکلاسیم افتادم که هدفم فقط و فقط نمره ی بیست توی همه ی درسها بود و بخاطر همه ی این مسائل ، دچار وسواس مطالعاتی شدم. کلمه به کلمه ی کتابها رو حفظ میکردم (با روشی که همین همکااسیم گفته بود) و خیلیی انرژی از من می‌گرفت و اذیتم میکرد.. 

 

هنوزم این مشکل رو دارم.. ولی جدیدا به این شک کردم که اصلا شاید مشکل من ناشی از اختلال نقص توجه هست..و این تمرکز و توجه نداشته هست که داره باعث میشه من واقعا مطلب رو نفهمم و هی برگردم و دوباره از روش بخونم... واقعا گیج شدم آقای دکتر.. وضعیت خوبی ندارم.. توی شرایط بدی گیر کردم..چند ماه پیش روانپزشک مراجعه کردم و خواستم که برام دارویی برای اختلال نقص تمرکز بنویسند آتوموکستین نوشتن و یکی دو هفته خیئییییلییی تغییر مثبت حس کردم ولی بعد دوباره عادی شد و همه چیز برگشت به حالت قبل.. 

 

میشه لطفا راهنماییم کنین آقای دکتر 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

 

ناگفته نمونه که من وسواس رو هم داشتم و دارم ، (جدای ازین مسئله ی وسواس مطالعاتی که بیان کردم..) مشکلات دیگه از جمله افسردگی و اضطراب هم داشتم و دارم ..و سالهاست که دارو مصرف میکنم... اما الان مشکل اصلی ،تحصیل من هست و این مسئله ای که خدمتتون عرض کردم.واقعا راندمان تحصیلی من رو به شدت پایین اورده، جوری که اصلا درس نمیخونم.. و الان دارم با مشکل جدی مواجه میشم.. برای منی که خانواده م همه چیز رو در تحصیل میبینن،، برام مسئله ی مرگ و زندگیه..😞

سلام عزیزای من من ۱۵ ساله که وسواس دارم هرمدلشو که فکرکنید یه دور زدم. شما همتون برگزیده های عالم هستید هرچقدر که زجر کشیدید همش جبران میشه همش نور و خنده میشه دوستان بدونید همه تاریکیها فریبندگیه دروغ میگه هممون میدونیم که وسواس دروغ میگه ولی خب قبولش واسمون سخته چندتا پیشنهاد دارم اگه وسواستون شدیدع فقط چند دقیقه بیاید عقب فکرتون و بهش توجه نکنید میبینید که خیلی خنده دار میره سر یه موضوع دیگه کافیه چند دقیقه بی توجهی ببینه خیلی خنده داره افکار وسواسی ولی به شرطی که یکم ازش بیاید بیرون تمرین کنید شدنیه بترسید و اقدام کنید پیشنهادم اینه قرص نخورید چون واقعا مخصوصا دسته بنزودیازپین ها خیلی اعتیاد آورن ولی آرومتون میکنن اگه خیلی فکرمیکنید حالتون بده به بهترین روانپزشک شهرتون مراجعه کنید و به یکی از پدر یا مادر یا برادر هم اطلاع بدید و قرص آرامبخش به هیچ عنوان بیشتر از ۶ ماه نخورید امیدوارم لذت ترک وسواس نصیب هممون بشه خود بهشته ترس و بزاریم کنار شجاع باشیم
